Father and Daughter - Michael Dudok de Wit
...I was just introduced to this lovely film...if you are in the mood for some teary eyes, then grab a cup of coffee or tea, snuggle in that blanket, and enjoy this beautiful film.
...these rainy days just beckon to stay in jammies all day and watch a film like this one!

I love this film. It was once showed on Dutch television as a favorite of a Dutch director (Paul Verhoeven). I couldn't get it out of my mind. Michiel Dudok de Wit has made a book of it too.
I can't either now that I have seen it, and I must look for that book!
